ABOUT OUR COACHING STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS
The safety of your child is our primary responsibility. Our coaches, assistant coaches, managers and board members are required to have thorough annual background checks through the State of Virginia as well as approval through the US Club Coaching committee. Additionally, all of our coaches are required to complete the Safesport certification and concussion training on a yearly basis.
All of our coaches have certifications or are licensed through the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and are encouraged and supported to continue their coaching education.
